Cancellation Policy
When you complete a transaction with us, you enter into a legally binding agreement to purchase the product or service. After this point, you may cancel the transaction only if cancellation options are provided on our Platform. Any cancellation will be subject to the terms specified on the Platform.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any cancellation requests at our discretion and may ask for additional information before making a decision.
Once you have received the product or service, you may request a replacement, return, or refund only if the item does not match the description provided on the Platform. Requests for refunds must be submitted within three days from the date of the transaction, or within the timeframe specified on the Platform, which will be no less than three days.

Refund/Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can request a replacement within one day of delivery. To ensure a smooth process, please record an uncut video while unboxing your parcel for the first time. This video will serve as proof for the replacement claim. Once verified, we'll promptly send you a new product.
